Celestian Rince

$4.50 per 1,000 words

Working with the written word has been a passion for most of my life. I grew up devouring endless fantasy and sci-fi novels. While majoring in Creative Writing at the University of British Columbia, I also worked as the copy editor of the student newspaper.

What started as a side gig to expedite early retirement quickly turned into a full-time career. I’ve now happily given up professional clothing and making small talk by the office water cooler.

My current home base is in Vancouver, Canada, alongside my girlfriend and our vicious but lovable cat. In my free time, I enjoy reading, outdoor activities, and spending time with loved ones.

Celestian specializes in LitRPG and GameLit novels. Titles such as the Awaken Online, Dungeon World, and Crystal Shards Online.

Kimberly Huther

$4 per page or $10 per 1,000 words

Kimberly Huther has been reading since the age of four, and correcting people’s spelling, grammar, and punctuation for almost as long! She’s been doing it professionally, however, since 2008.

She has more than 2,000 published books to her credit, and almost 60 five-star reviews for her services. And she’d love to work with you!

Andrew Norley & Helen Day

$4 per 1,000 words

Andrew “tackleberry” Norley was
born in the mid 60s, so he missed all the interesting bits. I learned to read at an early age and have been ever since.

I joined the army straight out of school and nothing happened so I stepped down to the Territorial Army, whilst studying for degrees in computer science and computer technology.

I fell into a “bad” company and did SF selection. I left after a tour of the former Yugoslavia and have worked in IT, Customer Service and now Security ever since.

I will read almost anything but my main love is Sci-Fi fantasy especially Sir Terry Pratchett’s Discworld, however Alan Dean Foster’s Spellsinger and Mary Gentles Grunt’s shaped my reading habits. I love thrillers, Andy Maslan, Nicholas Woode-Smith, Rob Enright, Duncan Simpson’s “Dark Horizons” Trilogy and someone called Forrest Getter got me excited for the next book.

I live in Morecambe UK, with my partner Helen and my Kelpie/Collie rescue dog “Lily” and hold a season ticket for Tottenham Hotspur Soccer. I enjoy Target shooting, cooking, RC models & hill walking.

Megan Parker

$4 per 1,000 words

The faint glow beneath the blankets was where you’d find me most nights from 4th grade on I was reading Harry Potter, the Princess Diaries, and A Series of Unfortunate Events. Now you’ll find me cuddled up on the couch with my toddler sharing board books or staying up late with my Kindle in hand.

I never imagined myself a professional writer or educator, but teaching has always been my passion. After completing a bachelor and masters in Communication Studies, I settled on K-12 education. This year will start my seventh year as an elementary special education teacher at mostly Title 1 schools. I also hold a Master’s of Arts in Teaching and a Master’s of Education in Ed. Leadership.

I love to read nonfiction texts on education and race. To relax, I love any book with a thrilling adventure, especially when there’s a hint of romance.

jJD Book Services

$14 per 1,000 words (developmental and line edit)

I’ve been working in the industry for the last six years now. I focus my approach on helping authors improve and grow, book after book. I got my start in LitRPG back about four years ago when I did Hugo Huesca’s Rune Universe, and I absolutely fell in love with the genre. Since then, I’ve been sinking my teeth into as much LitRPG/GameLit as I could find. Throughout my time editing, I’ve worked with over 225 authors on over 400 projects, and in the LitRPG genre I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working some truly incredible authors like Hugo Huesca (Dungeon Lord), Cosimo Yap (The Gam3), EA Hooper (World-Tree Online), and Rohan Vider (The Gods’ Game.

Narration

Zura Johnson

$100 RSPlus (Royalty Share plus 100 PFH)
or $150-350 PFH

My voice has set me apart for my entire life… in a good way. Although, at the age of four my mother took me to several doctors as she was sure there was something wrong with me. I suppose it’s a shock when your darling girl speaks in a husky baritone at four years old…

I grew up in Northern California. Every year for our birthdays and Christmas my brothers and I looked forward to new audiobooks from our parents. We had everything from Wind in the Willows and Treasure Island, to Watership Down and the full BBC Radio Drama of Star Wars. In those days audiobooks were on cassette tapes and we wore them out listening to them! Once, when I was six, my family was driving to Yosemite in our ’71 Volkswagen Bus. We didn’t have any audiobooks with us, so I recited the entirety of Alice Through the Looking Glass from memory. My parents then decided it was time to introduce me to the theatre…

I attended the University of Evansville where I received my B.S. in Theatre ( yeah… they offer a B.S. in theatre…). I received my M.F.A. from the Old Globe Theatre/ USD Advanced Training Program. After spending nearly 20 years on the stage, I was thrilled to start working in VO.

I worked primarily in Commercial, Corporate, E-Learning, and Documentary Narration while looking after my littles and living overseas, working with many of the top recording studios throughout Singapore. I also regularly worked with MediaCorp Radio in their commercial department, recording commercial copy. I was a staple for internal corporate work at SAP, and I had the distinct pleasure of narrating a documentary for NatGeo Asia as well as voicing multiple characters in a pilot for a local animated series.

When my family returned to the US in 2017 the culture shock between Singapore and Texas was more than a little overwhelming. I wanted to do something new. I missed storytelling, I missed acting! I reached out to a dear friend from undergrad, and she has helped me find my way into audiobooks, working with ACX and several independent audiobook publishing houses. It has been amazing. It’s like coming home…

Joan DuKore

$100 PFH (per finished hour)

Born in Honolulu, Hawai’i, Joan never dreamed of all the places her life would take her. She started out as many girls do, wanting to be a ballet dancer. When she was 16, she attended Virginia School of the Arts with a major in dance.

When she returned to Hawai’i, her love of the stage spread to other aspects of performing like musical theater and magic. She performed in many different types of shows, and when she was 19, she moved to Las Vegas, NV to focus on perfoming magic.

While touring from place to place, she discovered audiobooks to pass the hours on the road, and quickly fell in love with them. She always enjoyed reading and was quite a book worm, but this was a new experience entirely.

When she returned home, she got a home studio so that she too could be the voice in people’s heads that transported them into another world.

Find out more about Joan on her official website here.

Keith E Gerhand II

$100 PFH (per finished hour)

I first got the acting bug by accident. While serving in the Navy in New Orleans, I was offered the opportunity to be an extra for the Movie “De Va Vue”. They were seeking real Navy Sailors for a specific scene in the movie. Being on set, and watching the process was amazing. I even had the chance to witness Denzel Washington in action. This led to another extra opportunity in the movie “The Curious Case of Benjamin Buttons”, once again as a military member.

I started my narration acting by narrating books to my 7 children. Inventing voices and expressing emotions to keep them engaged and to create a love for reading.

I am also a trained public speaker for the Navy, providing education and conducting military ceremonies. I have been serving for over 17 years and I am currently on active duty as a recruiter. After multiple friends and family mentioned my engaging voice, and encouraged me to narrate audiobooks, I finally dove in.

I have a natural military voice style, but I can also range outside of that. I love to create voices and capture personas, especially within the fantasy/sci-fi world. I am always willing to collaborate with authors to create the sound they are looking for and bring their creation to life.

Paul Buice

$75 PFH (per finished hour)

My name is Paul Thomas Buice. My middle name is from my dad’s name and I have him to thank for my interest in trading. He has published many short stories and devotionals of which I am very proud.

I am a grocery store clerk with a techie passion. I’ve programmed in basic, HTML, and Java. I’ve also edited audio and video for a L.A. California based church. It was out of this audio and video editing that I recently decided to start creating ambient music under my old internet screen name PhantomByte.

My love for music goes about as far back as my love for books in my early teen years. I’ve read Sherlock Holmes, father brown and as I’ve gotten older have developed a love for dystopian and sci-fi tech books. My dislexia gave me a difficult time till I was about twenty but then I just chose not to care and push through it and reading had brought me such happiness and a great escape to works unimaginable!

Andrew McDermott

$100 PFH (per finished hour)

My name is Andrew but some people call me Robert, either is fine. I’m a narrator from Ireland/ Northern Ireland. I grew up in Northern Ireland and married a girl from Southern Ireland and moved down to her country. I’ve always had a passion for public speaking and especially narrating. The first audiobook I listen to was the BBC adaptation of Lord of the Rings on cassette tape, since then the hunger to narrate only grew. I’ve been a full-time narrator since Feb 2019 working with such publishers as The Wild Rose Press, Ambassador International, and many independent authors. To date, I have over sixty audiobooks on Audible and usually book work two months ahead.

I’m well versed in Facebook advertising for audiobooks and I’m able to include advice as part of the service should the author ask for it. I also run a newsletter with approx 1200 subscribers with a dedicated 400 regular readers that I use to hand out promo codes, get reviews, and raise publicity of the books.

My accent lends itself to fantasy and highland or Time travel Romance.

Paul Getter, The Internet Marketing Nerd

Paul provides marketing advice and webinars tailored to authors. His resources will be made available in our member only forums.

Paul Getter is a friend first and top-tier internet marketer second.

Paul’s internet marketing career began in desperation. Recently fired and without any prospects, he discovered the power of social media. Without any formal education in marketing, he committed himself to learning every aspect of social media marketing. Fast forward a few years and he has now spent over one billion dollars running ads and campaigns for his clients, is in the top 1% of ad spenders on Facebook, and has over 1 million followers on Instagram.

But Paul knows that platforms like Facebook and Instagram are just tools. They’re not the objective. The objective is getting results for his clients.

Just a sampling of his successes include boosting the popularity of TV shows, skyrocketing authors onto the New York Times best-sellers list, elevating Fortune 500 companies, and helping numerous A-list celebrities and small-platform personalities gain millions of social media followers.

But don’t get the wrong idea that Paul only works with household brand names or personalities who have already achieved fame and influence (such as Alex Mehr, Tai Lopez, and Les Brown, just to name just a few). On the contrary, Paul is absolutely passionate about collaborating with anyone who is wholeheartedly dedicated to sharing their awesome ideas with the world.

Paul works with each client in a deeply personal way. People trust him, refer him to their friends and colleagues, and come back to work with him because he cares for them as people. Ethical to the core, Paul has declined numerous lucrative opportunities that didn’t align with his principals.

He lives in Florida with his wife and three brilliant kids. When not spending time with his family or placing his order a local Starbucks—tall nonfat mocha, please—you might find him in a third-world country camping in huts with no water or electricity. His heart is for the homeless and people in impoverished countries. Paul himself grew up in a low income home, facing many challenges growing up. He has served on the board for a large homeless nonprofit organization that helps those in drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

His hobbies include running, reading and optimizing funnels.
